Completing my 200-hour training at La Casa Shambala, Tenerife, I am a Hatha and Vinyasa teacher based in North Yorkshire. In my classes, I invite you to slow down, move with intention, and explore your body’s natural flow. I blend strength, breath, and mindfulness to help you reconnect mind, body, and spirit, giving you a space to leave the busyness of everyday life behind.
