Thursdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM
1 hour Vinyasa style class - beginning low and slow we will gradually awaken the body and build the vinyasa from the ground up. Classes are designed with a theme or focus each week and combine breath, movement and flow to leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and unwound.
A beginner-friendly class that offers options for all levels, from those new to yoga to more experienced practitioners.​​

1 hour Hatha style class situated in the beautiful thermal spa. This early morning class will gently wake up the body, moving through deep stretches and mindful asana whilst building strength, balance and connectivity.
This is truly the most invigorating way to start your day, situated in a gorgeous, relaxing and calming environment, with the trickling sounds of the thermal spa to melt away the stress of the week.
