flow with me
I offer Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes in and around Richmond, North Yorkshire, including small-group morning and evening classes at Physio42 Richmond.
In my classes, I invite you to slow down, move with intention, and explore your body’s natural flow. Informed by traditional yogic philosophy, I blend strength, breath, and mindfulness to help you reconnect mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to find presence and connection both on and off the mat.
Classes are beginner-friendly, breath-led and designed to build strength, mobility and calm through somatic movement.

Yoga for Every Body, Every Journey
Yoga is for everyone - no matter your body shape, type, or level of experience. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, the classes I offer are designed to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and peace at your own pace.
Yoga isn’t about achieving a perfect pose; it’s about creating a deeper connection with yourself. Through asana (physical practice), the goal is to create space in your body, mind, and spirit. It’s a practice that allows you to feel more grounded, centered, and at ease - no matter where you are in your journey.
Inclusive Yoga for All Bodies and Abilities
Every body is welcome here. The classes I offer are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re looking to move more freely, build strength, or release tension, you’ll find a practice that supports you. I provide modifications, guidance, and props to ensure your experience is accessible, no matter your shape, size, or ability.
Ready to start your journey? Join me to create space to reconnect with yourself - one breath at a time.
