
Specialised Chakra Program
This 6-week private yoga program offers a transformative journey through the chakras, with weekly 60-minute sessions focused on unblocking and aligning each energy center. Each session includes a bespoke asana (physical posture) practice tailored to the chakra of that week - movement designed to release stagnant energy and restore balance. Sessions are designed to open and balance the specific chakra of the week, incorporating purposeful breathwork, physical asana practice, aromatherapy, and meditations tailored to harmonise your body and mind. Through this journey, you’ll cultivate greater awareness, clarity, and alignment, leaving you feeling more centered, empowered, and connected to your inner self.

Pranayama (Breathwork)
Each session begins with intentional pranayama practices to ground your energy and guide your awareness inward. These ancient breathwork techniques are thoughtfully chosen to align with the chakra of the week, helping to clear energetic blockages and regulate the nervous system. Through consistent practice, pranayama cultivates mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to your inner self, setting the tone for a transformative journey through the chakras.

Asana (Physical Postures)
The heart of each session is a bespoke asana practice, designed specifically to activate, unblock, and balance the chakra in focus that week. These tailored movements support the release of stagnant energy and promote strength, flexibility, and alignment in both body and mind. With a mindful connection to breath, each posture serves as a physical expression of inner transformation, helping you embody the energy of each chakra as you progress through the program.

Meditation
Each session concludes with a deeply restorative, chakra-focused meditation designed to support the energy center explored that week. Through guided visualisation and stillness, you’ll be invited to connect inward and allow space for energetic balance and integration. As you rest in savasana, chakra-specific aromatherapy enhances the experience, using scent to subtly support emotional and energetic alignment. Optional one-to-one relaxation techniques for in-person classes, such as a calming head massage, help release lingering tension and deepen your sense of rest. This final stage of the practice allows the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the session, leaving you feeling centred, grounded, and in tune with your inner energy.
