Yoga for Healing

This 6-week one-to-one yoga journey is designed to support emotional healing, deep reconnection with your body, and inner balance. Each weekly 60-minute session will gently guide you through restorative and intuitive movement, breathwork to release stored emotions, and meditation practices to cultivate self-awareness and peace. We’ll explore the mind-body connection, using yoga as a tool to process emotions, ease tension, and create space for healing. This is more than just a yoga practice - it’s an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Pranayama (Breathwork)

Each session begins with gentle breathwork techniques designed to release stored emotions and calm the nervous system. Through mindful breathing, you'll learn to deepen your connection to the present moment and create space for emotional release. Pranayama acts as a powerful tool for restoring balance, helping you process feelings, ease anxiety, and bring clarity to your mind and body. These practices support emotional healing, allowing you to gradually let go of tension and move into a state of peace.

Asana (Physical Postures)

​The heart of each session is restorative and intuitive asana, focusing on gentle, fluid movements that support emotional release and physical relaxation. These postures are designed to open up areas of the body where tension and stored emotions often reside, creating space for healing and reconnection. As you move mindfully, the practice invites deep presence and awareness, nurturing your body’s natural ability to process emotions and restore balance.

Meditation

Each session concludes with a meditation practice designed to deepen self-awareness, promote inner peace, and cultivate emotional healing. Through guided relaxation and stillness, you’ll be encouraged to tune inward and release any lingering tension or emotional blockages. This meditative space allows you to connect with your heart and mind, fostering a sense of acceptance and inner calm. The practice offers an opportunity to slow down, reset, and embrace the healing process with compassion and clarity.
