Introduction to Yoga - Middleton Lodge Estate

Join us for a soothing and revitalising evening of yoga at the Fig House, On Thursday, 22nd January 2026, at 6pm.
I will guide you through this peaceful practice of warm, welcoming energy, blending the mindful, grounding movements of Hatha yoga with the fluid, dynamic flow of Vinyasa. This gentle yet invigorating session is designed to stretch, strengthen, and calm the body, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed, followed by a warming herbal tea and chat with your host.
Surrounded by the beauty of the estate, the intimate setting of the Fig Houses, is the perfect atmosphere for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class offers a welcoming space for all. Come and embrace the tranquillity of a winter evening yoga practice - your mind, body, and spirit will thank you.

Important Information:

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. This ensures a calm atmosphere and gives you time to
settle in.

Pre-booking: Pre-bookings are essential to secure your spot. please bring your own yoga mats

Late arrivals: If you arrive late, unfortunately, you will not be allowed in to avoid disturbing other participants.

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a link to complete your booking online. Your details will then be shared with your instructor.

Pre- and postnatal participants are welcome. Please let Nuala know at the start of the class so she can offer the right support.
