This 7-week private yoga program offers a transformative journey through the chakras, with weekly 60-minute sessions focused on unblocking and aligning each energy center. Each session includes a bespoke asana (physical posture) practice tailored to the chakra of the week - movement designed to release stagnant energy and restore balance. Sessions are designed to open and balance the specific chakra of the week, incorporating purposeful breathwork, physical asana practice, aromatherapy, and meditations tailored to harmonise your body and mind. Through this journey, you’ll cultivate greater awareness, clarity, and alignment, leaving you feeling more centered, empowered, and connected to your inner self.
