This one-to-one yoga session is designed to offer you a deeply personalised experience, combining breathwork, yoga, and meditation to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. We begin with guided breathwork to center and calm the mind, followed by a 35-minute yoga flow tailored specifically to your body, with personalized adjustments and alignment corrections to enhance your practice. The session concludes with a 15-minute relaxation, including a calming meditation and restorative Savasana, allowing you to release tension and leave feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed.
