This 6-week one-to-one yoga program is designed specifically for men - whether you're a weightlifter, runner, cyclist, or simply looking to improve mobility, strength, and mental clarity. Each weekly 60-minute session will focus on key areas of tightness and imbalance, using targeted asana (physical postures) to enhance flexibility, injury prevention, and functional movement. We’ll also explore breathwork to improve endurance and recovery, practical elements of yoga philosophy to deepen awareness and mind-body connection, and meditation to sharpen focus and reduce stress. This program is built to complement your training, optimise performance, and bring greater balance - both physically and mentally.
Please note: although this program is designed for men, it can be adjusted and tailored to all genders. Different biological and physiological makeups can influence flexibility, strength, and movement patterns, and therefore each session is designed to support your unique body.
