Tailored to You
This one-to-one yoga session is designed to offer you a deeply personalised experience, combining breathwork, yoga, and meditation to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. We begin with guided breathwork to center and calm the mind, followed by a 45-minute yoga flow tailored specifically to your body, with personalised adjustments and alignment corrections to enhance your practice. The session concludes with a 10-minute relaxation, including a restorative Savasana and calming meditation, allowing you to release tension and leave feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed. During in-person classes I will also offer a closing head massage, as well as optional aromatherapy to close the practice.

Pranayama (Breathwork)
We'll begin the session with some grounding pranayama (breathwork) exercises to help us fully arrive in the practice and center our focus inward. Rooted in ancient Indian yogic traditions, these techniques have been celebrated for their benefits for thousands of years, and you will be able to carry them with you after the session into everyday life.

Asana (Physical Postures)
Moving into our asana (physical posture) practice, we will use mindful movement to connect breath with body. This part of the practice helps to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also cultivating focus and presence. Asana has long been a key component of the yogic tradition, supporting both physical and mental well-being. A private session allows us to tailor each asana to your individual body, limits and needs.

Meditation
We'll close the session with meditation, including a deeply restful savasana to integrate the practice and invite complete relaxation. For in-person classes, gentle aromatherapy will support the senses, while optional one-to-one relaxation techniques (such as a soothing head massage) will help release any remaining tension. For online classes I will offer a longer guided meditation.
This final phase offers a moment of stillness and care, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice. It’s a time for deep rest, inner connection, and complete surrender.
